TRIED & TESTED: Hello Day

Health, WellnessSarah Fretwell1 Comment

Launched in 2016, Hello Day is a health and wellbeing range developed by doctors and pharmacists, that deliver seasonal boxes to help you look and feel better through the seasons. The seasons have a profound influence on our well-being, and therefore all the supplements in each Hello Day box are based on ingredients, such as natural vitamins and plant extracts. These are carefully chosen for their efficacy with specific and everyday ailments and seasonal health benefits.

I was invited to try the Autumn Box, which contains 4 products to take daily throughout Autumn as part of a carefully planned programme:

Vitality Balance (30-day pack) - Made from a combination of ingredients including Magnesium and Siberian Ginseng to help balance mood and contribute to mental and physical energy in the first days of Autumn.

Beauty Boost (30-day pack) – Made from a combination of ingredients including Selenium, Vitamin B6, Zinc and Horsetail extract. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation and protects the cells from oxidative stress

Immunity Shield (sachets) (15-day pack) - Made from a combination of ingredients including Vitamin C and Siberian Ginseng which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and Purple Coneflower which helps strengthen the immune system, especially during the cooler season

Digestion Cleanse (sachets) (15-day pack) - Made from a combination of ingredients including Rosemary which is used to support the liver and billary function and Tamarind to contribute to a good digestion.

What is the Autumn box like?

I really notice the difference in each season with my energy levels - when the cold weather hits, I always find myself feeling more tired and lethargic, and less "bright". This box is full of all the supportive supplements that can help to counter the typical energy lows that we experience in October and November, such as vitamin C and Siberian Ginseng. I really enjoyed the flavour of each sachet - from peppermint to a slightly sweeter berry flavour, and it was really easy to follow the routine each morning with the tablets being easy to take and the sachets easy to mix in water. The box arrived without any problems and is presented beautifully, with a clear explanation of what's in each supplement, when to take, and nutritional information. I had been on the brink of developing a cold these past weeks, but somehow it has not actually materialised, so I think these supplements have been helping it steer clear! I can't wait for the launch of the winter box to help see me through the big chill!

The seasonal boxes are ready to order on the following dates:

• Spring Box from 27th of February to 31st of May
• Summer Box from 31st of May to 1st of September
• Autumn Box from 1st of September to 30th of November
