1:1 Mobility and Movement Coaching in London
I invite you to train with me, from the comfort of your own home or in a studio. I encourage you to train with me for a minimum of 6 months to really give yourself time to create change in the body. Becoming more flexible and mobile takes time, and just how long it takes to get you to your goals really depends on your starting point. You’ll be free to move, stretch and explore movement with full support and attention from myself. My approach is unique to my own training background, having studied and practiced yoga for over 6 years and trained with a range of different movement and mobility specialists including Emmet Louis. I combine yoga, active stretching, FRC mobility development, calisthenics and strength based movement such as arm balances and handstands. Areas of flexibility and mobility we can work on include shoulder, thoracic, mid and lumbar spine, hamstrings, hip flexors, ankle and foot, wrists, hips and more.
The first step is a consultation which involves a full mobility assessment and conversation to understand you, your movement background and your goals.

Mobility Assessment & Analysis
I will ask you to send videos of specific movements so I can analyse how you move, where you struggle and what methods would be best suited to you. We will chat via Skype or video once a week, and I will ask you to send me videos of your movements in order to make sure you are completing the exercises correctly and with correct form.
I will create a fully personalised programme for you that includes strength, yoga, mobility, joint rotations and active and passive stretching. This will be tailored to you depending on your goals, what you like to practice, where you want to improve and where your weaknesses lie. There will also be videos that you can follow.
You will have full access to myself via email or WhatsApp if you need to contact me or ask me any questions, and we will have a weekly check-in to see how you are getting on.
