PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
I teach private yoga in Camberwell, Dulwich, East Dulwich, Peckham, Brixton, Forest Hill, Knightsbridge and Kensington. Enhance your mind and body with private yoga lessons - the perfect way to begin or develop a yoga practice in a personal and safe environment.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced student who would like focused time on more advanced postures; one to one tuition is extremely rewarding. We will work towards a goal together whether it be to de-stress, learning the basics, to deepen flexibility & create a stronger body, or to develop your existing practice in a deeper way.
We can design specific sequencing especially for you and your needs. With plenty of time for hands on adjustments and to ask questions, you'll really start to notice significant changes happening in your practice after a few sessions. A session can be shared with up to 3 more people such as friends, partners or family members - I teach plenty of couples and they enjoy having this time each week to spend together, practising yoga and finding a sense of calm.
1-2-1 and smaller group classes can be tailored to suit your exact wishes and needs. From breaking down challenging poses, to focusing on meditation, mindfulness or breathing, to even just building strength through faster flows...I can provide bespoke classes especially for you.
I know from my own experience how hard it is to fit yoga into your busy life, so I will make it much easier for you to show up consistently to your mat...I've struggled with this myself in the past and will teach you everything I know about how to develop a consistent yoga practise that works for you!

If you live abroad or cannot have yoga lessons in your own home, I can offer 1:to:1 lessons on Skype, so it will feel like I am teaching you in the comfort of your own home, but we will be communicating via Skype! You'll just need a laptop, a Skype account and a yoga mat. Everything will be exactly the same as a regular 1:to:1 apart from adjustments will not be physical, but verbal.
